Livelihood Training – November 2018

40 women have undergone training in liquid soap making in our women empowerment center in Juba South Sudan. These women are now able to make and sell liquid soap to the community. The training lasted for 14 days. This is one of our livelihood development skills training for women and youth.

Phase 2 Discipleship Training at Rhino Camp – May 2018

Our phase 2 Discipleship training for 100 Youth Leaders is going to take place next week at Rhino Camp. The 4 day event will start on Wednesday May 9th and run through Sunday. These young people are coming from all the Churches and denominations in the Refugees camps. Our aim is to equip leaders who can strengthen the Church amongst the refugees and in South Sudan.

Phase 1 Discipleship Training for Youth Leaders Complete

We have successfully completed the Phase 1 discipleship training for Youth leaders in Rhino Camp. This training brought together 100 participants from 36 Churches of all denominations. Within the three days we were able to teach them:

  1. Christian Living
  2. Christian Worship
  3. Christian Leadership
  4. Discipleship and Evangelism
  5. Relationship and marriage
  6. Psychosocial support
  7. Financial Management

Many of them got saved and two delivered from demonic spirit.

Six Months of Christian Radio Broadcasts For South Sudan Refugees Successfully Completed

Faith Aid InitiaTive for Humanity LTD (an outreach of Faith Line Ministries) has successfully implemented and completed a six-month radio broadcasting project. We have received much appreciative feedback from listeners and church leaders in the camp. One lady gave her life to Christ after listening to our broadcasts.
